Al-Nabaan — from a new pixel to 139 confirmed sign-ups

A deliberate learning sequence turned an empty pixel into a conversion campaign with actual sign-ups.

Context

The project in one sentence

The case demonstrates why campaign objectives should change with data maturity. Traffic was used to build signal, optimisation reduced click cost, and conversions were launched only after the pixel had enough information.

01

The challenge

A new pixel had no behavioural history, so asking it to find converters immediately would create expensive noise.

02

Mohamed’s decision

I did not start with conversions. The campaign deliberately moved through traffic, cost optimisation and then high-intent conversion.

03

My role

Campaign sequencing, pixel-learning logic, optimisation decisions and performance reporting.

Operating system

How the thinking became execution

  1. Launched traffic campaigns to create the first usable audience signal.
  2. Collected more than 100K initial views for algorithm learning.
  3. Built an improved campaign version that reduced cost per click by 17%.
  4. Switched to conversions only after the signal matured.
