Positioning licensed storage, flexible space and operational trust for food, cosmetics and medical-supply businesses.

B2B Logistics & WarehousingPositioning · Content · Sales Enablement

Context

The project in one sentence

The work translated licences, SFDA compliance, flexible storage units and operational services into a clear B2B offer — then distributed that message through a company profile, educational content and direct-response campaigns.

01

The challenge

Licensing and warehouse operations are technical. The challenge was to make them commercially meaningful to importers and growing businesses without reducing the brand to “space for rent.”

02

Mohamed’s decision

I positioned licensing as protection from operational risk — not as a badge — and paired it with flexible offers by metre and pallet.

03

My role

Positioning, message hierarchy, offer architecture, company-profile structure, educational content and sales campaign directions.

Operating system

How the thinking became execution

  1. Defined the brand around licensed storage and operational reliability.
  2. Segmented messages for food, cosmetics and medical supplies.
  3. Built flexible offers around square metres, pallets and independent units.
  4. Connected compliance, receiving, delivery and packaging into one operational story.
  5. Created problem-led content around the cost of random or unlicensed storage.
